Stylo now works in Zendesk Messaging and Zendesk Chat, giving your agents access to our generated answers on any type of ticket.
Using Stylo in a live chat is identical to an email or web form ticket - just click the Stylo Smile icon in the text editor, click 'Write Reply' and Stylo will read the customer question, search your Knowledge Center for the right answer, and then generate a message that your agent can paste into the text editor and send to the customer.
