Nope. Unlike other AI tools, Stylo doesn't require any training or setup to start using it. Our machine learning model has been pre-trained on 27 terabytes of text (that's over two billion pages of text, by the way). This text represents most of the internet, so you could say that Stylo learned to understand humans by reading the whole internet. It's also continuously learning from your tickets, other Stylo customer tickets, and we add to the model when new concepts, words, or linguistic oddities are presented. Long story short = Stylo Scores are ready to go out of the box and our system never requires you to select the right answer, click yes/no, or 'train' it in any other way, as it simply works the moment you install it and teaches itself to better understand your team and your customers as it works with you.
