Find our app in the Zendesk app marketplace Here.
Click 'Install' in the top right corner of the screen after logging into your Zendesk account:
Once the app is installed, click on the Stylo app icon in the bottom left and click to allow API access. This is what allows Stylo to update fields (no worries - we won't write over your existing ones!), fire triggers and automations, and create unique reports:
After the app is installed and you've allowed API access, Stylo will begin scoring every ticket in the app window (on the right) as well as updating custom fields (on the left):
