Getting started with Stylo takes a few minutes. All you need to do is:
- Download the Stylo app into your Zendesk Support instance via the app marketplace
- When the app is installed you need to accept the API access and the online terms by clicking on the Stylo Smile icon on the left hand side:
- As soon as the app is installed, the generative AI assistant will be available by clicking the Stylo Smile icon on the ticket text editor:
- After the API access is granted, Stylo will start reading your incoming support tickets and updating custom fields (you can find these fields by just searching for Stylo in your list of Ticket Fields, in the admin settings) and displaying score updates on the ticket view app on the right hand side of each ticket:
