💳 How much does Stylo cost? How am I billed?

The price for Stylo is $15 per Agent, per month. An agent is any full Agent (We don't charge you for Light Agents) or administrator in your Zendesk Support instance. We offer a free 14 day trial before we prompt you to select a subscription if you'd like to continue using the service. In that payment portal you'll see the total number of agents in your Zendesk instance, and you'll be able to start a subscription at $15 X the number of agents in your account. You can pay there by entering your credit card details. If you add paid agents to your Zendesk Support instance, our system will automatically add those new agents to your Stylo subscription at $15 per agent at the end of the monthly billing period. 

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time and Stylo requires no time or agent minimum commitment.
