We’ve added a brand-new option to your Brand Settings!
The Custom Instructions section in your Brand Settings allows you to give specific commands or rules, in order to further tailor the content and format of responses generated by Stylo Assist.
For example, you can use Custom Instructions to request that Stylo:
- Start by greeting the customer by name and introducing the agent by name.
- Use numbered or bulleted lists when providing multiple steps or solutions.
- Apply bold headings to highlight key points within the response.
And that’s just the start! Custom Instructions is an open text field, so feel free to experiment, be creative, and discover what works best for your team.
