The new "Adjust Reply" tab in Stylo Assist is here to make your responses even more precise and personalized, by letting you adjust responses on the fly.
By default, when you generate a reply with Stylo Assist, we reference your Brand Settings to decide on things like the tone of the reply, the level of formality, empathy, etc.
But, if you generate a reply, and it's not quite where you need it to be - maybe this specific response should be a bit more formal than the standard level of formality you use - simply type the adjustments you'd like to make into the Adjust Reply box, then click the "Apply Adjustments" button.
Or, select from the pre-defined adjustments like “Make it friendlier" or “Make it more concise”
This adjustment is like an override, allowing you to make changes to the response that Stylo Assist has already generated, whether or not it should be a rule that all messages abide by, which is the case for your Brand Settings.
In addition to making simple adjustments, you can also use these adjustments to add more important information to the response, like a link that would help the customer, or a detail that wasn't included in the initial draft (e.g. a phone # for the sales team)
From there, Stylo will generate a revised version of the response to the ticket, based on your input!
You can use the left & right arrows above the draft to cycle through the responses you've generated so far, and paste your favorite into the text editor.
